DEVELOPER VIEW
Rust 全家桶值得读实现而非直接用：PDF 解析、视频时间线、无损编辑都是硬骨头，源码参考价值大于生产可用性，star 数不等于成熟度。
Strata 的真正价值是“本地模型 + 兼容 API”：现有工具链改个 base_url 即可切到本地，隐私与成本双收益，适合做私有化试验。
magpie 解决的是厂商锁定焦虑——Agent 前端和后端模型可以自由组合，属于典型的“中间层套利”工具。
免 Key 插件务必先看数据去向与合规边界，只适合个人尝鲜，不要接入生产链路。
HF 侧：图像方向 Z-Image-Turbo、Qwen-Image-2.1 可直接进管线；Qwen3.8-Flash-Next 与 Strata 正好形成“模型+运行时”配套；IndexTTS-2 补上语音合成一环。
WORTH A STAR
1. storytold/photocraft（68495 星）——纯 Rust 图片编辑器的完成度最值得验证，也是理解这批“重写系”项目工程取舍的最佳样本。
2. Niko1221/Strata（28225 星）——把前沿 Flash 级模型塞进消费级硬件并伪装成标准 API，是本周最实用的本地化方案。
