DEVELOPER VIEW
值得关注的理由很直接：省钱、省依赖、省等待。Strata 让原本需要 A100 的模型在消费级显卡上跑起来，本地 OpenAI 兼容接口意味着现有代码几乎零改动迁移；dsh 插件把前沿模型的调用成本压到零，适合做原型验证和课程作业；magpie 解决的是多模型时代最烦人的事——今天用 Claude Code，明天换 Codex，不必反复改配置。
laya 则应被当作一种思路参考：如果你的任务本质是分类、打分或二选一，用自回归模型逐 token 生成答案可能是巨大的浪费。
WORTH A STAR
1. storytold/photocraft（及同系列 pdfcraft、filmcraft、wordcraft）——64902 星居首不是偶然。想研究 Rust 写 GUI、图像管线或文档解析，这四套代码是难得的完整参考实现，且 license 友好的 clean-room 重写避免了法律包袱。
2. NandhaKishorM/laya——33164 星。非自回归决策引擎 + 多语言 router 的组合在工程上很有想象力，尤其适合做内容审核、意图识别、结构化抽取这类高频低延迟场景。
3. yetone/magpie——14145 星。定位极准：一个菜单栏应用统一所有 agent 的模型后端。对于同时订阅多个编码 agent 的开发者，这是立刻能提升日常体验的小工具。
至于 openai/math，仓库描述为空，暂无法判断其定位，建议先观望再决定是否深入研究。
