Strata 对个人开发者价值最高：一键安装覆盖 Windows / Linux，在 localhost 暴露 OpenAI 与 Anthropic 双协议接口，意味着现有代码只需改 base_url，加上可选图像输入，多模态原型的成本被压到很低。
