想做本地 AI 服务，Strata 最实用：API 兼容意味着现有 OpenAI/Anthropic SDK 迁移成本低，消费硬件门槛值得实测。做分类、路由、审核、打分，laya 的单前向范式可能比自回归生成更省 token 和延迟，但复杂推理仍需生成模型兜底。Photocraft 纯 Rust、clean-room，对性能、内存安全和跨平台部署友好，也规避版权争议；短板是插件生态与格式兼容。成本敏感的自动化任务可看 jev-ultrafast；把 coding agent 嵌进工作流可看 ZCode。how-to-live-better 则是零依赖单页文档分发的样本，手机可读、可搜索、可离线。
