DEVELOPER VIEW
值得关注的理由很实际：OpenShell 解决的是自托管 agent 最痛的沙箱与隐私问题，属于"上线前必须回答"的一环；mksglu 宣称工具输出可减少 98% 上下文占用，这对长会话成本是直接收益；openrig 的持久团队模型，让多 agent 协作不再是一次性脚本，而是有角色和归属的可维护结构。
模型侧，Qwen 系列密集上榜意味着选择面变宽：小尺寸多模态、超大 MoE、代码专用、图像生成各有对应版本，且都是免费权重可自部署。Qwen3-Coder-480B-A35B-Instruct 对本地代码 agent 尤其重要，IndexTTS-2 则为需要语音输出的应用省掉一套商业 API。
WORTH A STAR
1. NVIDIA/OpenShell — 大厂出手定义 agent 运行时标准，安全与私有是差异化卖点，值得跟接口设计。
2. mvschwarz/openrig — 跨 Claude Code / Codex / Pi 组队，共享上下文与任务归属，是"多 agent 工程化"最具体的实现样本。
3. heygen-com/hyperframes — HTML → 视频这条路径对 agent 极友好，生成端和渲染端解耦，容易接进现有流水线。
如果只能挑一个方向投入，建议优先看技能框架与上下文优化：它们不绑定具体模型，迁移成本最低，收益却直接体现在 token 账单和任务成功率上。
